This is 14 mile long trail with lots of really long bridges. Here we are crossing one of them.

Mom has abandoned us all week. She never got her two days to work from home and we never got a walk at all. We are very very Sad. Today, we got a walk with our sister's fur-kids. Here we are after our walk. Mom promises to make it up to us tomorrow ! We will see!
After seeing all of the wonderful places that Huffle is visiting, we decided we had to see what's so great about outside. Here I am checking out some green stuff - I think I could do this - Mom put us in the dog kennel so we wouldn't jump over the fence. MrSippi
Here's Carolina - she wasn't sure but decided outside was kind of fun and eating grass was Ok 
Here's Mama, She live outside for a few years before Mom rescued her so she loves going outside.
I told Marco Polo to leave me alone and he didn't so I bite his back leg.

Here's our fur-brother Taylor walking on the newest bike trail in Des Moines. We walked over 6 1/2 miles. It was a beautiful day to enjoy our family and see everyone walking and riding bikes.
Marco Polo had to show-off his new back pack. He carried the water and treats for our snack. 
The Princess - she walked for awhile then decided her carriage was more fun, so she could nap.
Mr Thor, he is just so stately even while carrying Mom's stuff in backpack. 
This is a levee we are walking on - I guess it saved Valley Junction from the floods this summer!
BREAK TIME - this is where we stopped for water and COOKIES!!! 
Here we are on the Clive Greenbelt Trail. We haven't been here for over a year because it's clear across town and you know gas has been way too high but right now Des Moines, Iowa has the lowest gas in the country, $2.73. It's quite beautiful here along the Walnut Creek.

Now we have to check out the other side - Look out for Bikers and Joggers!

Mom didn't let us get into Walnut Creek today, darn It! 
Mom hates it when we take the entire trail because this one is curvey and people ride their bikes too fast and she can't get us to one side quickly! Too Bad for them! it's all about the Smells! 
The leaves are starting to change - We are going to head over to the river this weekend to see the colors!
