Pet Therapy Visit at Iowa Methodist Hospital

Today, Marco Polo and I spent the morning at the hospital here in Des Moines, Iowa. This is my girlfriend Emma in front of this silly person at Blank Children's Hospital. The rest of the kids we saw were more fun and petted us and fed us Cookies!!! Isn't Emma Beautiful?
Mom was busy talking to this volunteer and wait to see what I did.
The boys were playing in the Toy Room where all of the kids that feel good enough while they are in the hospital can come and play. This this boy was playing WII tennis.
SEE ME! I jumped on the table. I thought it was a grooming table, seriously!
Here I am, Marco Polo! I'm in the skywalk between the parking ramp and the hospital. I got to meet Emma! I think Thor is very fond of her! I wanted to kiss her but she said No, not the first time she met me! Darn it!
Here I am in the oncology radiation waiting room. I love to sit on the chairs so the folks can pet me and I can kiss them!
This is the waiting room for the folks waiting for their family members having surgical procedure. I kissed everyone in the room!
This is the volunteer office where I'm waiting for Emma to join us. Am I beautiful or what?
Mom - look at this! This is a view between the two hospitals. I could see forever!
I think that game was so cool. I was watching these boy play tennis and I tried to help!
Here's Emma doing her best pet therapy job with this young man.
Here I am giving Love to this wonderful volunteer friend!
This is Linda, Emma's mommy with us - this is the kids play room at Blank
I AM A COOL KID. That's what it says but this kid didn't pet or talk to us? Kind of stiff if you ask me!

well, That's we did today and it was really really fun. Marco Polo and I know everyone we met today felt better! Thor

Very awesome job. Nothing better than to use our natural beauty to bring some smiles - and no better place than where you did it. Thanks for being great K9 ambassadors!

You guys are such good husky ambassadors! How many of the kids hope to get huskies when they get out of the hospital? Way to go!

My mum says she would definitely feel better if you came to visit her (if she was in hospital, that is, which she's not).

PS. About our post-- "Six million dollars" refers to what our toy "Bark Obama's" real life counterpart spent on his campaign. Just a joke.
