Are you seeing the 8 inches of snow? Nope, all we got was lots of ice ! Bummer, but finally today Mom did take us for a walk on the ice! Here we are practicing "being Good Dogs" Mom makes us sit quietly or it's no walk for us!
At least we still have snow on the ground and we enjoy playing in it!. 
See, the ice on the trail, Mom said we had to walk carefully so she didn't fall on her bottom! 
These are her Yaktracs, they keep Mom from falling ! They worked too! 
Yup - it was a beautiful day to be outside,checking out all of the smells!

Oh yes, humans aren't furry good at walking on ice. Maybe ours should get themselves some of those yak paws. It does look furry beautiful with the sun on the ice, nice walk!

You guys look right at home in the snow. We have about as much as you do. Today we started with rain, then mist and now sleet. The roads are ice.... not good for the Monday morning commute. Ah, winter in MN.
