New Years means new aerobic exercise plan

Mom says it's time to make our new years resolutions and that means exercise! Are you serious?
I'm reaching as far as I can, I think I feel a muscle pull!!
It's this the biggest exercise stretch you have ever seen?
Relax 1, 2, 3
Sorry, Mom ! I'm too exhausted to do anymore exercises, right now!

Remind your mom that you should never exercise without stretching. And sometimes you need to stretch to prepare for stretching. By then your time is up and you need to cool down.

At least that is my plan.

When you get the snow evfurry buddy says they are gonna get, you will get plenty exercise slogging through it. You won't have to do one other thing, except go in the house and curl up where its warm, when you done playing in it. That is the bestest thing about snow!

I think you might have been pushing it too much. That looks like a position you need to work up to. I recommend lots of snootering, a roll over onto your back, slight upward stretch, then roll over back onto your side, then just be proud you moved! Drink some water(can't forget the water) and then demand a cookie for trying! A for effort!
